Withcare Medical Transportation LLC is seeking a reliable and caring Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver to provide safe, comfortable, and timely transportation for patients traveling to and from medical appointments, clinics, therapy sessions, treatment centers, and other healthcare-related visits.
The ideal candidate should be professional, patient, responsible, and comfortable working with individuals who may need extra assistance, clear communication, or a calm and supportive transportation experience.
As a driver, you will be trusted to represent Withcare with kindness, respect, and attention to detail. You will help passengers feel comfortable, arrive on time, and return home safely.
- Safely transport passengers to and from medical appointments and healthcare facilities.
- Arrive on time for scheduled pickups and drop-offs.
- Provide respectful and patient assistance when passengers enter or exit the vehicle.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable vehicle environment.
- Follow assigned routes, appointment schedules, and company transportation procedures.
- Communicate clearly with passengers, families, dispatch, and office staff.
- Treat every passenger with dignity, patience, and professionalism.
- Report any delays, concerns, incidents, or schedule changes promptly.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety guidelines, and company policies.
- Help create a smooth and stress-free ride experience for every passenger.
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Clean driving record.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to treat patients with patience, kindness, and respect.
- Comfortable assisting passengers who may need extra care or support.
- Ability to follow schedules, directions, and safety procedures.
- Must be able to pass required background checks.
- Must be able to pass required drug screening, if applicable.
- Prior medical transportation, caregiving, healthcare, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in non-emergency medical transportation.
- Experience working with seniors, patients, or individuals with mobility needs.
- Familiarity with local roads, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare facilities.
- Ability to use GPS and scheduling tools.
- Calm, patient, and professional attitude under changing schedules or traffic conditions.
